Who we are
Trevendy Films consist of a creative one-two punch combo of Riaz Solker and Matt Robinson. Together as a producing and directing team, we collaborate from script to screen in order to create the best possible content.
Riaz has been around for longer than he cares to mention. His work as a director and producer has seen him create everything from commercials, TV series, feature films and a host of promos over the years. His wealth of knowledge of the Cape Town scene means he’s the ultimate man with a plan.
Matt’s previous experience as a one-man-band has seen him write, shoot and edit for various companies and organisations. With an appreciation for the power of personal testimony and documentary storytelling, his work has taken him across South Africa, Kenya and Zambia.
Whether it's an interview style corporate video, a social media promo, or simply 'fly on the wall' event coverage, there is always a story to tell. Identifying that story and crafting it through the lens to make it accessible to a wider audience is the fundamental aspect of our work.
